  • <strong><em>I wanted a proven professional with a track record and extensive knowledge and research in both fatty liver as well as ileostomy patients and their struggles with eating well while cognizant of the limitations of a limited colon.</em></strong><br/><br/> Neha came highly recommended from my endoscopy doctor. Additionally, I've had many adhesions from several surgeries and the tendency of my short colon to get blocked easily from certain foods was of great concern to me. I NEVER want to have another abdominal surgery if I can help it! Excellent info and easy to apply especially to hydration and probiotics. I was ignoring my electrolyte balance even though I am a regular and prolific water-drinker. I was depleted in the afternoons after my morning exercise. Using electrolyte powders off and on really got me out of that slump. I've also been able to avoid blockages (with one exception) and am more mindful of things like edamame that I love but is a sure-fire blocker at least for me. Also "rediscovered" hummus and focused on much more plant-based ingredients in my diet.
